Certified again: MCSE Communications – #Lync

Time flies, but two weeks ago I did take the five certs needed for the MCSE: Communications certification in two days.

MCSE(rgb)_1508

On Wednesday I did:
70-410, 70-411 & 70-412

Most of the questions were easy if you have been working with the product for years already, being in the TAP and real world hands on have its benefits. All though there were a lot of new stuff to learn here.

And then on Friday I did:
70-336 & 70-337

Where 336 was a lot easier than 337 but again, years of experience is needed to just go and take these without really preparing.

Certified again (or actually in February): Microsoft Lync Server 2010-Advanced Design and Deployment

So today I received an email saying I passed the Exam 74-322: Microsoft Lync Server 2010-Advanced Design and Deployment

Or actually I took this one during the beta back in February but I haven’t heard back until now when I received the passed email.

Well its time for some new tests anyway so this is old news as the Lync Server 2013 are about to be checked to the list as well.

I am now a MCITP: Lync Server Administrator – #Lync #Exchange

So today I took three MCP´s first TS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuring 70-662 and after that I had some time to do TS: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Configuring 70-664 and that one went well and quite fast so I had some time left and did PRO: Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Administrator 70-665 as well.

All three certs went well. So I am now a MCITP: Lync Server Administrator

Next up (next week or so) is Pro: Designing and Deploying Messaging Solutions with Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 70-663

* it takes some time for the MCP site to update so the snapin is not showing the correct info yet. but you can have a look here for more info https://www.mcpvirtualbusinesscard.com/VBCServer/tommy.clarke/profile
