Soon you can share your angry bird game over desktop sharing in Lync–now how cool is that – #Lync

So imagine sitting at your office and working, shooting those birds and then someone calls you on Xync trying to talk about something real. From soon I guess you will be able to share that birdshooting session in Lync with him. If Damaka just fixes so that I can write with åäö I will raise my review to a 5 star just for that.

Now we just wait and wait like I child on Christmas eve for that Microsoft client to show up.

Microsoft Lync 2010 mobile are coming to Symbian – #Lync

In a Nokia press release from today Nokia and Microsoft details its partnership a bit more.

The interesting thing here is that Lync will be made available for anyone buying a new Symbian Belle device.

One thing that got my attention is the description of the Lync client is the part in bold “Microsoft® Lync™ 2010 Mobile – for cost efficient IM, presence, audio and web meetings on-the-go.”

New 3rd part iOS and Android Client for Lync coming soon!!! – #Lync

According to Thomas Kisner that runs the “The Lync” blog a new 3rd party developed mobile client will be released by the end of this month. Its called Xync and are developed by a company called damaka

This is great news and it gets me wondering what Microsoft are up to and where their clients are at?

The mobility is the no1 thing that makes us loose deployments in here right now and its really annoying to see what the competitors can do and to se it on every mayor platform already.

Head over to damakas page for some more info, a short video describing the product and some (Photoshoped) screenshots. Winking smile
