一楼说的在IE里边不支持这个方法但是IE8支持啊，这个方法IE 6 7没测，
document.getElementsByName(FirstName).value=100;
这一句里面有两个错误，
第一FirstName要加引号的
第二，这个方法得到是一个数组，所以你的.value=100;这样写是不对的，
正确的写法是
document.getElementsByName("FirstName")[0].value=100;
还有就是一楼说的你方法名写错了
