P:程序开始编号;Q:程序结束编号。

示例:G74R_

G74 X_Z_P_Q_R_F_

P是X方向的移动余量,Q是Z方向的移动余量。

数控编程是数控加工准备阶段的主要内容之一,通常包括分析零件图和确定加工过程 ,计算刀具轨迹以获得刀具位置数据,编写数控加工程序,制作控制介质, 校对程序和第一批试用版。

数控编程有手动编程和自动编程有两种方法。 简而言之,这是从零件图纸到获得CNC加工程序的整个过程。

其他代码的含义:

R:粗车时X轴的回退量,范围为0至99.999(单位:mm / inch,半径值),无符号。

U :X轴精加工余量。

W :Z轴精加工余量(Z轴无余量时可省略)

代码格式:G70 P(ns)Q(nf);

代码功能:刀具从起点开始沿ns~nf程序段给出的工件精加工轨迹进行加工。

ns:精加工轨道的第一个程序段的段号。

nf:精加工轨道的最后一个程序段的段号。
