Check for short mps if any with the subject "DBIF_RSQL_ERROR" or something of this kind. If that short mp(ST22) says that "Unable to extend PSA* table space" (u can search keyword PSA in that mp), then it is a DBA issue. You need to rebuild the Index of the table. This will solve the problem. All the error messages you specified matches this problem.
