Sergio Mendes為國際史上最為成功的巴西音樂家, 將發行他的新專輯 Timeless, 這張專輯將由Black Eyed Peas的will.i.am製作。 約40年前, Mendes曾發行炙手可熱的 『Brasil 66』』及 『Mas Que Nada』 。他在1968年也曾以Burt Bacharach/Hal David的歌 『The Look of Love』 而紅遍全世界。
根據Mendes的觀點, Timelss將以現代的手法反映出二個文化的不同。
