1、首先打開虛擬機的菜單欄,點擊虛擬機菜單,選擇安裝VMware tools。

㈣ vmware player怎麼裝vmware tools for linux啊,自帶的更新連接不上
由於VMware Player本身並不集成VMware Tools工具包(畢竟就100+M),而這個工具包可以使虛擬機具有很多使用的功能,例如,只安裝好VMware Player並在其中安裝好Linux之後,它不支持虛擬系統的全屏,通常默認為800*600的解析度,即使將虛擬機對話框全屏之後,虛擬的操作系統界面仍然是中間的一塊800*600的面積,周圍都是黑色。很不習慣,而且不支持虛擬機與PC間滑鼠的自由切換,得ctrl+alt。因此為了實現虛擬操作系統像本地操作系統一樣的全屏,就需要安裝VMware Tools工具包了。直接點擊安裝tools,如下圖:
但是,但是,會彈出一個對話框「Could not connect server....」類似的字樣(記不清了),意思是不能連上伺服器,google以下,發現,4.0.2本身設計缺陷,不能以這種正常方式安裝,只得另尋他徑。
這邊我們使用手動安裝方式。VMware Workstation與Player功能差不多,那麼tools for linux 也該也適用,所以考慮從WS上著手。
step 1: 下載VMware Workstation安裝包iso(下載包含VMware Tools的完整版,大約500MB),
step 2: 先安裝VMware Workstation,這樣在它的安裝目錄下「VMware Workstation」文件夾中有一個名為「linux.iso」的虛擬光碟文件,這個文件就是用於Linux系統的VMware Tools軟體包。把這個「linux.iso」拷貝出來,放到磁碟的某個地方。
step 3:卸載VMware Workstation(ws 與Player不能同時存在)。
step 4: 正常安裝新版本的VMware Player。再正常創建一個虛擬機,並安裝好一個你想用的linux系統。
step 5:以上都做好之後,打開VMware Player,選擇你已經創建好的虛擬機,選擇右側的「Edit virtual machine settings」,左側選擇「CD/DVD」光碟機,右側則選擇「Use ISO image file」,並將你之前提取出來的「linux.iso」光碟文件的路徑指定好,注意上面要將「Connect at power on」勾選上。單擊「OK」以保存設置。下圖。
step 6: 保存好後,啟動虛擬機操作系統,以root用戶進入到linux系統中。
step 7: 這時在linux系統桌面上應該有一個「VMware Tools」的光碟圖標。
step 8: 打開光碟,滑鼠右鍵解壓縮其中的「VMwareTools-8.8.2-590212.tar.gz」文件(你的版本可能與此不同),解壓到隨意一個路徑下,例如解壓到桌面上的一個文件夾vmware-tools-distrib」里。點擊進去,找到一個「vmware-install.pl」文件。如圖:
step 10: 接下來就是安裝剛pl文件了,在shell中敲入以下命令(記住在root許可權下)
simon@debiansimon:~$ cd Desktop/vmware-tools-distrib/
simon@debiansimon:~/Desktop/vmware-tools-distrib$ su
root@debiansimon:/home/simon/Desktop/vmware-tools-distrib# ./vmware-install.pl
之後shell會出現一條條命令,別管他,直接enter默認就行。但是之後不久就會出現問了,說「what is the location of kernel header?」由於沒截圖,具體記不清了,大意就是說缺少內核頭文件什麼的(之前的答案應該有問題,出現這個問題,是我之前沒有安裝gcc,更新好之後就沒事了,囧)
安裝成功後再重新安裝vmware-install.pl。直至成功。重啟系統,解析度變大了,滑鼠也靈活了。大功告成。

㈤ linux虛擬機怎麼安裝vmware tools
Linux VMware Tools安裝步驟簡易版
Linux VMware Tools安裝估計有點困難,我也在網上看了好多版本的Linux安裝VMware Tools,方法都一樣。但是自己在安裝過程中,還是遇到了點問題。但是最終還是搞定。我運行的是VMware workstation 8.0.4 , OS: CentOS 6.0
1. 在CD-ROM虛擬光碟機中選擇使用ISO鏡像,找到VMWARE TOOLS 安裝文件,如C:\program\VMware\VMware Workstation\Programs\linux.iso
當然這個ISO是你安裝VMware workstation 的目錄下的Linux.iso,不是你的Linux OS 鏡像文件。VMware Tools一般都在這個文件里。
2. 以管理員身份進入Linux,root賬號
3. 退出到windows,在虛擬機菜單欄中點擊 虛擬機-> 安裝 VMWARE TOOLS 子菜單,會彈出對話框,點擊"確認" 安裝
4. 掛載光碟機:Mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt
載入CDROM設備,這是如果進入/mnt 目錄下,你會發現一個文件:
VMwareTools-8.8.4-743747.tar.gz
這個就死VMware Tools的Linux軟體包,也是我們剛才使用的WinISO打開的Liunx.ISO
有的虛擬機上估計執行mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
如果提示如下錯誤,掛載點不存在。,[root@localhost /]#mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom
mount: mount point /mnt/cdrom dose not exist
請直接執行此命令:
mount /dev/cdrom /opt
cd /opt
或者應該可以使用自動掛載,直接進入
cd /misc/cd
5. 此文件到臨時文件夾
cp /mnt/mVMwareTools-8.8.4-743747.tar.gz /tmp
6. 卸載CDROM,執行 umount /dev/cdrom
7. 進入tmp文件目錄並解壓此文件包
cd /tmp
tar zxf vmware-linux-tools.tar.gz
解壓默認到vmware-tools-distrib目錄下:此時你可以使用ls -ll 查看文件夾下的文件
8. 進入vmware-tools-distrib,安裝vmware tools.
./vmware-install.pl 執行安裝,
安裝過程中他會一步一步的有問題回應,此過程中,你遇到後面顯示[yes],[no],[yes][no]的直接輸入yes,然後回車。其他的問題不管[]裡面是什麼,直接回車就好了,不要輸入。
9. 大約5分鍾左右安裝完成。 執行init 6重啟ok。
